Exalted Ruler Message continued from page 1 On November 6th, the District Deputy (our very own Jim DeStefano) will make his visit to our Lodge, so why not come out to the meeting and show your support for him. The Lodge will be having a dinner prior to the meeting, and all who attend the meeting are invited to partake in this complimentary dinner. Information regarding the dinner can be found in this Newsletter.
Thanksgiving will soon be upon us, and I must say that it is my favorite holiday. Not only do I look forward to all of the yummy traditional fare, but more importantly I love spending this special holiday with family and good friends and reflecting on all of the blessings in my life for which I am thankful, family and friends being at the top of my list. I am also most grateful for this great Order of Elks and the positive changes in my life and new friends I have made as a result of being part of this wonderful organization.
In closing, I would like to wish all of you a very happy Thanksgiving surrounded by loved ones.

Dinner with the District Deputy The District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler this year in the PA Soutwest District is our own James P. DeStefano. His official visit to our Lodge is scheduled for November 6, 2003. We will celebrate by having dinner at our Lodge on that Thursday night at 6:30PM. Dinner is free to all that come out that night and attend the meeting afterwards at 8:15PM. The ritual team will be doing an initiation and judges from the District will be here to evaluate their performance. Please come out and join us for an evening of fellowship and honor our District Ceputy. Contact S. David DeStefano or leave a message at the Lodge for your dinner reservations.
