Dear Brother and Sister Elks:

Norristown Lodge #714 would like to make a submission for inclusion in a future issue of The Elks Magazine. Included with this letter are three 4x6” glossy photos pertaining to our event (take your pick, if you wish to print a picture) and an article regarding the event.

Detailed here are the particulars:

Who: Maureen DeStefano (House Committee Chairman and Lodge 714 2001-2002 Elk of the Year)

What: A challenge to raise money for the PA Elks Home Service Program. Maureen’s co-workers and fellow Elks agreed to raise a minimum of $1,000 for the PA Elks Home Service Program if Maureen would agree to shave her head! Over $1,100 was raised and Mo rose to the occasion!

When: October 18, 2002

Where: Norristown Lodge 714
