Dear Elks Member:

 

The time has finally arrived for you to receive your Special Organization Elks license plate.  Applications will start to go out in the mail the week of 10-25-04.  When you receive your paperwork, please read the entire application carefully and fill out Sections “A” and “D” completely. 

 

ASAP mail the application back to me so I can then review it, sign it and send it on to Harrisburg, along with the proper funds from our State Association office.

 

Once the paperwork has been filed in Harrisburg, you should be receiving your new Elks plate, at your home, within 4-6 weeks.

 

Thank you again for being patient and seeing this program become a reality!  The first time you see one of our plates roll by you on the road, give them a smile and wave knowing that they belong to one of the greatest orders in America too!
